nustarge Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the nustarge platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any bets. By accessing nustarge, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and nustarge. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the nustarge platform. nustarge is strictly for players aged 21 and above.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the nustarge website and any associated services (collectively, the "Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

By registering, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older.

nustarge reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. If a player is found to be under the age of 21, their account will be immediately suspended, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposits will be returned in accordance with applicable regulations.

2.2 Geographic Restrictions

The nustarge Platform is intended for use by players located in the Philippines. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of nustarge complies with the laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction. nustarge does not represent that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in locations outside the Philippines.

2.3 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on nustarge. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. If nustarge identifies multiple accounts registered to the same individual — whether by name, address, payment method, device, or IP address — all duplicate accounts may be suspended and any associated balances may be forfeited pending investigation.

2.4 Account Information Accuracy

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate. nustarge may require you to verify your identity through a Know Your Customer (KYC) process before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed appropriate by nustarge.

3. Account Security and Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your nustarge account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify nustarge immediately at support@nustarge.club if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account.

nustarge will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation. Any activity conducted through your nustarge account — whether or not authorized by you — is your responsibility unless you have notified nustarge of unauthorized access in a timely manner.

You must not share your account credentials with any third party. nustarge accounts are personal and non-transferable. Allowing another person to use your account, or using another person's account, is a violation of these Terms and may result in account suspension.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

nustarge accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, and Metrobank Online Banking. All transactions on the nustarge Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). nustarge does not charge conversion fees on PHP transactions.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your nustarge account instantly upon confirmation of the transaction. Deposits via bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take between one and five minutes to reflect in your account balance. nustarge is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. Players must complete the nustarge KYC process before their first withdrawal can be processed. Once verified, withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya are typically processed within 15 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one business day. nustarge reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

4.4 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within the nustarge cashier section and may vary by payment method. nustarge reserves the right to adjust transaction limits at any time. Players will be notified of any material changes to transaction limits.

4.5 Funds Held in Trust

Player funds deposited into nustarge accounts are held separately from nustarge's operational funds. nustarge maintains this separation to protect player balances in the ordinary course of business.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

nustarge may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. General bonus conditions include:

  • Bonuses must be claimed within the specified validity period. Expired bonuses are forfeited automatically.
  • Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the promotion's specific terms.
  • Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and are applied to eligible games only. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements.
  • nustarge reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify bonus terms, or cancel a player's bonus if there is evidence of abuse, exploitation, or violation of these Terms.
  • Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise specified. Players may be required to opt in to receive certain promotions.
  • Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully satisfied.

6. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

All bets placed on the nustarge Platform are subject to the specific rules of the game or event being wagered upon. These rules are available within each game or betting market on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to that game or market.

nustarge uses certified random number generators (RNGs) for all applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live casino games are operated by licensed third-party providers and are subject to those providers' game rules in addition to these Terms.

nustarge reserves the right to void any bet that was placed in error, placed on an event with an obvious pricing error, or placed in a manner that constitutes abuse of the Platform. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the player's account.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the nustarge Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

  • Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
  • Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
  • Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the nustarge Platform without the prior written consent of nustarge. Unauthorized use of nustarge's intellectual property may result in legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, nustarge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service.

nustarge's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

nustarge does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. nustarge makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the Platform.

12. Amendments to These Terms
